About the club

In 2025, working in EDI and Culture has never been more vital, or more scrutinised. Whether you're in HR, Talent, L&D, EDI, or an ally/inspiring practitioner you're holding complex challenges that rarely have easy answers.

The Culture Compass Club exists to lighten that load.
We meet on the second Friday of each month to talk honestly, learn from one another, and challenge the norms holding inclusive culture back. No pitching. No posturing. Just real people doing meaningful work together.

  • Three people sitting on a couch, gathered around a silver Samsung Chromebook laptop, looking at the screen.

  • Multiple wooden forks arranged in a circular pattern around a small wooden heart shape in the center.

You lead or support EDI, HR, or culture work in your organisation or have done in the past and you care about creating meaningful change at work.

  • Clapperboard held by person in desert landscape with mountains in distance, displaying scene information and timestamp.

  • Sign on a wall with the text 'Love to Learn' pointing towards a sidewalk where a person is walking, plants and trees in the background, late afternoon lighting.

You value reflection, learning and support not performative practice.
